Theatre Venture supports the International Festival of Emerging artists.  As a community theatre and arts company, based in Stratford Circus, Newham; we feel that this initiative is a significant development in enabling artists from around the globe to come together; to share experiences and cultures and to use their art to create links around the world.

It has a macro significance; there are over one hundred cultures and languages spoken in Newham and East London, and a macro significance; the bringing together and understanding of communities around the world.

IFEA will also play a crucial role in ensuring that young, emerging artists, local and international, are at the heart of development towards the 2012 Cultural Olympiad.

We look forward to playing a full part in this years development phase, and onwards into future years.
