Contact is a pioneering, award winning theatre venue in Manchester with a focus on young adults (ages 13-30). We regularly invite artists from across the world to perform at Contact, and programmes such as our theatre exchange festival, Contacting the World, help to develop new kinds of artistic understanding. We are constantly exploring new ways to develop, to learn and to create exciting theatre and are always ready to add new things to the mix. The International Festival of Emerging Artists is an exciting opportunity to share our knowledge of developing international exchange over the last nine years, and to create new networks and skills globally. We wish the International Festival of Emerging Artists every success in developing this international platform for young artists.

Contacting the World takes place in Liverpool July 27 – 2 August as part of the European Capital of Culture programme.
