Barbican bite is part of IFEA because we believe in the power of international collaboration and exchange. Bite is a year round international theatre, dance and music theatre programme which can support IFEA by being an advocate for it internationally, and providing access to bite events and engagement with bite artists locally. In turn we can be supported by IFEA through engaging with emerging artists who may well, in the future, make work which could be part of the bite programme. In any good relationship there is something that is offered and something that is gained. In being an IFEA partner we offer our support and international experience to emerging artists and we will learn from them through the wonderful work they will produce.
